Welcome to GA Printing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our website, ordering tools, and printing services work. We wrote this to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- About these Terms
-
“GA Printing,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to GA Printing.
-
“You,” “your,” “customer” refers to the individual or company using our services.
-
“Order” means a request for printing products or services.
-
“Files” or “Artwork” means any designs, text, images, or data you provide for printing.
-
“Proof” means a preview (digital or printed) shared for your review before production.
- Using our website and services
You are welcome to browse, request a quote, and place orders through our available channels. We ask that you use the website responsibly and legally, and that you do not attempt to disrupt or misuse our systems.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
- Quotes and pricing
We provide quotes based on the project details you share – size, quantity, paper, finishes, binding, turnaround, and delivery needs.
If details change (or if files need adjustments to print properly), we may need to update the quote. If that happens, we will explain what changed and why before we proceed.
Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Order confirmation and production
An order is considered confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing (for example through email, invoice, or official confirmation) and any required payment or deposit is received.
We may recommend adjustments to help ensure your project prints well. Any changes will always be discussed with you first.
- Files, artwork, and customer responsibilities
To help us deliver the best output possible, we ask that you provide:
-
complete and correct specifications (size, stock, quantity, finishing, binding, delivery details);
-
final, print-ready files where possible;
-
accurate text and layout (including spelling and content).
If you are unsure whether your file is print-ready, we can help check it. In some cases, file fixing or design assistance may affect pricing or timelines – we’ll always inform you before doing chargeable work.
- Proofing and approvals
For many projects, we provide a proof (digital or printed) so you can review everything before production.
Once a proof is approved, we follow that approved version in production. Proof approval is important because it confirms details like layout, spelling, and placement are correct.
If you prefer to proceed without a proof, we can do that too – we’ll simply follow the file exactly as provided.
- Color and print variations
Printing is a physical process, and some variation is normal. Colors may look different:
-
from screen to print;
-
across paper types and finishing methods;
-
between digital and offset printing.
If exact color matching is important (for example brand colors), please tell us early so we can recommend the best production method and proofing option.
- Turnaround time and delivery
Turnaround times are estimates and generally begin once we receive:
-
confirmed specifications,
-
complete files,
-
proof approval (if applicable),
-
and payment or deposit (if required).
We aim to deliver on schedule and will keep you updated if anything affects timing (for example file issues, revisions, supplier constraints, finishing complexity, or courier delays).
Delivery options (including any free delivery offers within Metro Manila) will be confirmed per order.
- Changes, cancellations, and rush requests
We understand plans change and we will do our best to accommodate.
-
Changes: If you request changes after confirmation, we’ll let you know if it affects pricing or timeline before moving forward.
-
Cancellations:Many print jobs involve custom production and material preparation. If production has not started, cancellation is usually easier. If work has already started, we may need to charge for completed work and materials already committed.
-
Rush orders:We can often support rush timelines depending on capacity and project requirements. Rush fees may apply and will be confirmed in advance.
- Rights to use your content
You confirm that you own your artwork or have permission to use it, including logos, images, and text. This helps protect you and us from unintended rights issues.
If you want your project handled as confidential, let us know before production begins and we will treat it accordingly.
- Variable Data Printing (VDP) and personalization
If your project includes personalization (such as names, unique codes, or address lists), you are responsible for providing accurate data and confirming you have permission to use it.
We can assist with formatting checks, and we will coordinate with you on how files and data should be supplied for best results.
- Quality checks, concerns, and resolution
We take quality seriously and have a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015. If something does not look right, we want to know.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and share:
-
a description of the concern,
-
photos where possible,
-
your order reference number,
-
the quantity affected.
If we confirm the issue was caused by our production process and does not match the confirmed specs or approved proof, we will work with you on a fair solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a reprint, repair, or a refund for the affected portion.
For issues related to the supplied file or an approved proof, we’ll still do our best to help – including offering options for rework or reprint – and we’ll communicate any costs clearly before proceeding.
- Payments and invoicing
Payment terms will be stated in your quote or invoice (full payment, deposit, balance upon delivery, or other agreed terms).
Taxes (such as VAT) will be included as applicable and specified on the invoice.
- Service limitations and liability
Our goal is always to deliver excellent results. At the same time, printing depends on agreed specs, approved proofs, and the quality of supplied files.
To keep responsibility fair and proportionate, GA Printing’s total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order, to the extent permitted by law.
- Events outside anyone’s control
Delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside reasonable control (for example natural disasters, major power or internet disruptions, supplier shortages, or courier disruptions). If this happens, we will keep you informed and work with you on the best next steps.
- Website availability and updates
We continually improve our website and services. We may update features, content, or tools from time to time. While we aim for reliable availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Portfolio and samples
Unless you request confidentiality in writing before production, GA Printing may display finished work as part of our samples or portfolio. We do not share private data. If your project is confidential, tell us and we will respect that.
- Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
- Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the proper courts of Makati City, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
