Yes. Digital printing can be used for variable data printing, allowing information such as names, numbers, codes, or other details to change from one printed piece to the next.

Please send a print-ready PDF at the actual size, with bleed and crop marks. For multi-page documents, send single pages rather than spreads.

We can also work with Illustrator or InDesign files, packaged with the fonts and links.

Bleed is extra artwork that extends beyond the final trim size. It helps prevent a strip of white paper showing on the edges when the printed piece is cut to size. Please add 0.125 to 0.25 inch bleed on all sides.

For most full-color printing, artwork should be prepared in CMYK. RGB colors are designed for screens and may look different when converted for printing. Black text should be set in 100% black (K) only.

You can design your artwork in Canva, but we recommend exporting it as a print-quality PDF with bleed and crop marks where applicable.

We check files for basic production requirements before printing. However, customers are responsible for checking the final content, spelling, images, layout, and other design details before approval.

Not always. A proof is intended to help check content, layout, size, color, and general appearance. Some production processes and finishes may only be applied during the full production run.

A single physical proof may require its own setup, printing, cutting, and other production processes. These setup costs are spread across many pieces during full production, which is why the cost per piece usually decreases at higher quantities.

Lead time depends on the quantity, printing method, materials, finishing, binding, and complexity of the project.

More complex projects such as books, packaging, and pieces with multiple finishes generally require more production time than simple print-and-cut jobs. Schedules can also be longer during peak periods, particularly toward the end of the year.

Production lead time generally begins once the final artwork or proof is approved and all requirements needed for production are complete. Your account representative can confirm the schedule for your specific project.
